(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Tregony.

This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th September 2026 to 18th September 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Road affected - Cuby Road, Tregony for its entire length and Road From Cuby Road To Junction East Of Tippett House, Tregony between the junction of Cuby Road and grid reference SW94357 43831.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penryn.

This prohibition is necessary for footway widening works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th September 2026 to 9th October 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

Road affected - Treliever Road, Penryn between the junctions of Highland Park and Station Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Agnes.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 24th September 2026 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Quay Road, St Agnes between the property named Green Dolphin and the junction of Peterville.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 24th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro.

This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th September 2026 to 19th September 2026.

Roads subject to prohibition - Tresawls Road between grid reference SW80199 44894 and the junction of Highertown and Highertown for its entire length, Truro.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 24th August 2026 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site. 

Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Trevean Road and Malabar Road for their entire lengths, Tresawls Road between grid reference SW80199 44894 and the junction of Highertown and Highertown for its entire length, Truro. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Truro.

This prohibition is necessary for blockage works and it is expected that the closure will be from 23rd September 2026 to 25th September 2026. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Tremorvah Crescent, Truro between the properties named Gracehill and Greystones.
