Ealing - Permit Parking Places Order
What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
The Ealing (South Acton Industrial - Zone SA-1) (Permit Parking Places) (No. 1, 2020) (Variation) Order 2026.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above-titled Order, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the made Order will be to amend the 'The Ealing (South Acton Industrial - Zone SA-1) (Permit Parking Places) Order 2020':
(a) by removing the eligibility of existing permits issued for 'motorcycles' to parking within permit parking places;
(b) removing the opportunity to apply and re-apply for parking permits for parking a motorcycle within permit parking places within Zone SA, and by updating Article 5 & Schedule 1.
3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 27 August 2026, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or for inspection at Staff Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
