PUBLIC FOOTPATH DIVERSION ORDER 2023
The above order (The Order), made on 1st March 2023, was confirmed by Monmouthshire County Council (The Authority) on 4th May 2023.
A copy of the confirmed order and the order map has been deposited and may be viewed at The Caldicot Community Hub, Woodstock Way, Caldicot NP26 5DB between the hours of 9am and 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am and 12pm Wednesdays and between 9am and 4pm Fridays. After inspection on 8th July 2023 the Authority found that the provisions of Part 2 of the schedule to the order had been complied with in that an alternative footpath to the existing path described in Part 1 had been created to the reasonable satisfaction of the Authority. The authority hereby certifies that the diversion of the footpath took effect from that date.
