PLEASE TAKE NOTE that the application detailed below, submitted by iQ Student Accommodation on 16 December 2025, for planning permission, in respect of which an Environmental Statement has already been provided, has had further information and/or evidence provided to the Council. Further information has been provided as part of the Environmental Statement comprising an addendum to the Environmental Statement and an update to the Wind Microclimate Appendix relating to cumulative impacts. The additional information does not affect the overall conclusion of the Environment Statement.

The information and documents relating to the application may be inspected and obtained online at www.manchester.gov.uk/planning/planningregister.  Any person that wishes to inspect, or obtain, a paper copy of the Environmental Statement can do so by emailing planning@manchester.gov.uk to make the necessary arrangements.
