BERWICK-UPON-TWEED
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U15 Scremerston Main Road To Cockley Burn Culvert from its point with the front of The Old Railway Station heading in a westward direction for a distance of 40 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 14th September 2026 until the 15th September 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 14th September 2026 until the 15th September 2026 between the hours of 23:30 - 06:00.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

BERWICK-UPON-TWEED
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U17 Cheswick Junction To Goswick 7 metres north eastwards from its junction with Goswick Station Cottages heading in a north eastwards direction for a distance of 52 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 15th September 2026 until the 16th September 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 15th September 2026 until the 16th September 2026 between the hours of 23:30 - 06:00.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

B1341 ADDERSTONE HALL TO LUCKER ROAD BAMBURGH
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B1341 Adderstone Hall to Lucker Road Bamburgh for a distance 40 metres 20 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 13th September 2026 until the 14th September 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 13th September 2026 until the 14th September 2026 between the hours of 23:00 until 06:00 during this period. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being B1341, A1, C65, C63 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U102 CARRICK CLOSE BERWICK
(TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on that section of the U102 Carrick Close Berwick from the gable end of number 5 Carrick Close heading in a northerly direction for a length of 30 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 1st September 2026 until the 16th October 2026.
It is expected that the footway will only be closed from the 1st September 2026 until the 28th September 2026 and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 16th October 2026.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being Countess of Buchan Way, Carrick Close and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

U1086 HAUGH HEAD TO LANGLEEFORD WOOLER
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U1080 Haugh Head to Langleeford from its junction with U1081 Middleton Hall junction to Earl Mill junction heading in a westwards direction for a distance of 120 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 2nd September 2026 until the 11th September 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the 2nd September 2026 between the hours of 08:30 & 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 11th September 2026.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1) A697 WOOPERTON JUNCTION TO WOOLER
(TEMPORARY SPEED RESTICTION ORDER) ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the speed by vehicular traffic from 60 MPH down to 30 MPH on that section of the A697 Wooperton Junction to Wooler from its junction with C51 heading in a north westerly direction for a length of 3973 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective on the 29th August 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be restricted on the 29th August 2026 between the hours of 08:00 until 18:00 during this period.
