NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
(Crosby Area, Scunthorpe - Digby Street, Burke Street, Mulgrave Street, Sheffield Street) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Orders 2026

Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make Orders, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Digby St, Burke St, Mulgrave St and Sheffield St, Scunthorpe from 9.30am 14th Sept-3.30pm 25th Sept 2026 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances) for carriageway plane and inlay works by NLC, which will be carried out on a rolling programmed basis. The diversion for the Digby St closure is Grosvenor St North, Old Crosby, Frodingham Rd, for the Mulgrave St and Burke St closures is Digby St, Frodingham Rd, Berkeley St, and for the Sheffield St closure is Frodingham Rd, Old Crosby, Normanby Rd, Berkeley St - all routes in reverse.
