Temporary Road Closure Order 2026
On 17 August 2026 South Lanarkshire Council made the above named Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful for any person to drive or cause or permit to be driven any motor vehicle on A71 Ayr Road, Stonehouse between Canderside Toll and Lockhart Street roundabout. The Order will be in operation on two consecutive weekends. From 8am on Saturday 24 October 2026 until 8pm on Sunday 25 October 2026 and from 8am on Saturday 31 October 2026 until 8pm on Sunday 1 November 2026.
