TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE DAM LANE, ALSOP ROAD, ALSOP EN LE DALE
WHEN: 14 September to 02 October 2026 (7 days work within this date range.)
WHERE: Dam Lane, Alsop Road, Alsop En Le Dale between Jct. with A515 and Jct. with Shaw Lane.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway patching
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Greenlow, A515, Parwich Dale, Smithy Lane, Kiln Lane, The Square, and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
