bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA ("y Cyngor") yn Bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â'r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:  

1. Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 8fed Medi 2026 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Disgwylir y bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau ar 8fed Medi 2026, gan weithredu rhwng 10:00-17:00.  

2. Mae'r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol i wneud gwaith yn gosod poliom mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Bydd mynediad rhesymol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.  

3. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau dros dro ran o R102 Heol y Parc i Oak Ridge, Coed y Paen, Sir Fynwy, ~0.60km o'i chyffordd â Heol y Parc am ~300m.  

4. Bydd llwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn: R102 Heol y Parc i Oak Ridge, Ffordd y Parc, R106 Gwesty Cwrt Bleddyn i Nant Dowlais, Heol R106 o Nant Dowlaid i Ystad Fasnachu Woodside, R102 Oak Ridge i Lanbadog ac i'r gwrthwyneb  

5. Gellir enwi'r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro R102 Heol y Parc i Oak Ridge, Coed y Paen, Sir Fynwy 2026.  

6. Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

SECTION 14 - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE 2026  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984  

1. The Order shall come into operation on the 8th September 2026 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed on the 8th September 2026, operating between 10:00-17:00  

2. The order is necessary for Poling works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.  

3. The effect of the order will be to temporarily close a section of R102 Parc Road to Oak Ridge, Coed Y Paen, Monmouthshire, ~0.60km from its junction with Parc Road for ~300m.  

4. A signed diversionary route will be in place as follows:- R102 Parc Road to Oak Ridge, Parc Road, R106 Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel to Dowlais Brook, R106 road from Dowlaid Brook to Woodside Trading Estate, R102 Oak Ridge to Llanbadoc and vice versa.  

5. This order may be cited as the R102 Parc Road to Oak Ridge, Coed Y Paen, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2026  

6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
