NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that:
SHELDON MARLBOROUGH CRICKET CLUB has applied to Birmingham City Council for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of:
SHELDON MARLBOROUGH CRICKET CLUB
Foliot Fields Yardley Birmingham B25 8RF

Nature of the Application Current Licensed Hours
Monday to Friday: 19:30 to 23:00
Saturday and Sunday: 13:00 to 23:00
Proposed Licensed Hours
Thursday: 19:30 to 00:00
Friday: 19:30 to 00:00
Saturday: 13:00 to 00:00
Sunday: 13:00 to 23:30

All other licensed hours to remain unchanged.

The application also seeks authorisation for the provision of Live Music at the premises.

Any person who wishes to make a representation must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement PO Box 17831 Birmingham B2 2HJ. 

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, that is by midnight on: 14 September 2026

It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. 

Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
