West Street, Havant - Temporary Road Closure due to Havant Eco Arts Festival

What is happening?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 to allow the Havant Eco Arts Festival to take place out on or near the road.  
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of West Street between its junction with North Street and its junction with Homewell.  
DURATION OF ORDER: from Saturday 19th September 2026 for 2 days or until the event has ended, whichever is sooner.
This order will be in place between the hours 09:00-22:00 on Saturday and between the hours 09:00-17:00 on Sunday. Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the event is being carried out. The Temporary Road Closures have been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate the event of the Havant Eco Arts Festival.
