SALTERNS WAY, POOLE – PARKING SUSPENSION TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT: No parking – no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time
WHERE: Salterns Way, from the property boundary of Nos. 1A/2A to the property boundary of Nos. 3/5
WHEN: Anticipated dates: 14th August 2026 until 18th September 2026
WHY: This Order continues a restriction previously imposed under a Temporary Traffic Regulation Notice. Accordingly, the Order has been made pursuant to Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained and access to properties will remain depending on site safety

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Council regrets any inconvenience to the public caused by this traffic order.
