(HIGH STREET, BUSHEY) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2020 (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2026 (HIGH STREET, BUSHEY) (RESIDENTS PARKING AND SHARED USE PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2020 (AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Hertsmere Borough Council, pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council proposes to amend the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The general effect of the amendment would be to introduce waiting restrictions, limited waiting parking places and residents parking places to improve road safety, reduce instances of inappropriate or inconsiderate parking and increase the available provision of resident parking places.

Various sections of High Street Bushey, as set out in the Order and shown on the plan to that Order.

Lengths of roads within Bushey – No waiting Monday to Saturday 8am – 6.30pm

Lengths of road designated as Parking Places Residents Permit Holders (Zone HS) Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm

Lengths of road designated as Parking Places Limited Waiting maximum stay 1 hour, no return within 2 Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm
