(CIVIL ENFORCEMENT AREA) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS AND STREET PARKING PLACES)
Amendment – Fengate – 2026
Notice is hereby given that The Council of the City of Peterborough proposes to make the above mentioned Order under Section 45(1), 2(2c) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, ‘the Act of 1984’ and of all other enabling powers.
This Amendment Order will amend and make further parking restrictions to the Council of the City of Peterborough (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Order 2013 to the extent only as set out below. In all other respects the above Order and its previous amendments remain in force.
It is proposed to amend parking restrictions as shown below:
Introduce a combination of residents parking, limited waiting and no waiting at any time restrictions on both sides of Fengate between Nr 87 and Nr 129.
Schedule 2 – List of Eligible Streets
Add Fengate Nrs 87 – 129 odd, Nrs 76 – 116 even
