TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE (AUBREY WALK AND AUBREY ROAD) 2026
The Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea give notice that they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Schedule 1 Section 14 (1)(a) and all other enabling powers prohibiting motorised vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below.
Aubrey Walk to be closed from outside of No 12 to the junction of Aubrey Road.
Aubrey Road to be closed from the junction of Aubrey Walk to side of No 30 Campden Hill Square.
The road is to be closed in to vehicles for utility works.
The restrictions will come into force from 08.00hrs on Monday 7th September 2026 until 18.00hrs on Friday 9th October 2026, or until completion of the works, whichever is sooner.
Diverted through traffic may use Aubrey Walk, Hillsleigh Road, Campden Hill Square, Aubrey Road, in both directions.
Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to:
• anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform.
• anything done in connection with the execution of said works.
