(PROHIBITION OF WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING) AND (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 030) ORDER 2026

THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO 022) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council has made the above-named Orders under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 84, 85 and 122 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 in relation to the double yellow lines and speed limit change. Buckinghamshire Council is also converting sections of footway to shared use under Section 65 of the Highways Act 1980 and introducing a toucan crossing under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as listed below.

Pinewood Green/Pinewood Road Junction on northern footway side (for a length of approximately 18 metres from the junction with Pinewood Road) No Waiting at Any Time (Double Yellow Lines – to be effective 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
Pinewood Green/Pinewood Road Junction on southern footway side (for a length of approximately 21 metres from the junction with Pinewood Road) No Waiting at Any Time (Double Yellow Lines – to be effective 24 hours a day, 7 days a week)
Pinewood Road, Iver (from north of the Pinewood Studios/Pinewood Road Roundabout to south of the Pinewood Road/Pinewood Green priority junction) Reducing the speed limit from 40mph to 30mph for the proposed length of circa. 820 metres

These Orders will come into effect on Friday 21st August 2026. A copy of the Orders can be viewed on the Council’s website: https://yourvoicebucks.citizenspace.com/ and by accessing our digital Traffic Regulation Order platform – https://buckinghamshire.traffweb.app/.

If you wish to question the validity of these Orders, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of this Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to these Orders, you may within six weeks from Friday 21st August 2026, by applying to the High Court.
