Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 400195 The Rocks from outside of the property known as ‘Old House’ to outside of the property known as ‘jornary Cottage’ for a distance of approximately 50 metres. The reason for the closure is for sewer repair works The road is expected to be closed from 1st September 2026 until 3rd September 2026. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner. The reason for the said closure is for poling works by Openreach. The said road is expected to be closed between 09:00hrs and 17:00hrs on 1st September 2026 only. However, if the said works are not completed by this date the Order may remain in force for up to eighteen months or until the said works have been completed, whichever is sooner.
