What is happening?
PUBLIC NOTICES
The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Weight Restriction) (Consolidation and Amendment No 16) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.
The Order will remove the existing 10 tonne weight limit on the B8034 at Cardross Bridge.

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session with six weeks of 14-8-26.
The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (C10 / New Line Road, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.
This Order will close: C10 / New Line Road From its junction with Craigend Road to its junction with Greathill Road.
This Order will also suspend the parking on: C10 / New Line Road From a point 120 metres or thereby south-west of its junction with Craigend Road in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 350 metres or thereby from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 7-9-26 until 13-9-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works.
Alternative Routes: via Greathill Road, Polmaise Road, Torbrex Road, Weaver Row, Borestone Crescent, Glasgow Road, Fairhill Road, New Line Road and vice versa

This Order will close: C22 For its entire length, and: Leckie Road For its entire length.
This Order will also suspend the parking on: Leckie Road On both sides of the road from its junction with Station Road in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 375 metres or thereby from 0900 hours until 1800 hours from 9-9-26 until 11-9-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works. Alternative Routes: via A811, Station Road and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (C107, Killin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic - No 4) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26. This Order will close: C107 From its junction with the A827 to the Stirling Council / Perth and Kinross Council boundary from 0930 hours until 1530 hours from 7-9-26 until 9-9-26 to facilitate public utility works. The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Tak Ma Doon Road, Carron Bridge, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26. This Order will close: Tak Ma Doon Road From its junction with the B818 to the Stirling Council / North Lanarkshire Council boundary from 0700 hours until 1200 hours on 6-9-26 to facilitate a cycling event. Emergency service access will be maintained Alternative routes: via Tak Ma Doon Road, A803, A872, B818 and vice versa

This Order will suspend the parking on:- Dunmore Gardens On both sides of the road from its junction with Main Street in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 30 metres or thereby. Kippen Road On both sides of the road from its junction with Main Street in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 70 metres or thereby. Main Street On both sides of the road from its junction with Kippen Road in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 90 metres or thereby. Main Street On both sides of the road from its junction with Kippen Road in a south-easterly direction for a distance of 95 metres or thereby from 8-9-26 until 15-9-26 to facilitate public utility works. Please note that this is a change to the previously advertised dates of 3-9-26 until 10-9-26.
