What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1) - (As Amended) - Wrottesley Road (Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic) Order 2026

The Council of The London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate an excavation to install an 8-inch HV cable duct and associated works in Wrottesley Road, they have made an Order.

The effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Wrottesley Road, which lies between the north-eastern kerb line of Harrow Road and the southern kerb line of Palermo Road, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed.

The prohibitions referred to above will apply between 17th August 2026 and 12th September 2026 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Works are expected to take place between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Wrottesley Road will be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs.
