SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:

A) Mary Barter Lane, Fovant; from its junction with Dinton Road to its junction with Mill Lane to enable Wessex Internet to carry out new poles and associated works. Alternative route via Mill Lane – Dinton Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 14 September 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30 for 3 days. B) C295 (Part), Donhead St Mary; from its junction with A30 to its junction with UC 912201 to enable Wessex Internet to carry out ducting and associated works. C) UC 873103 (Part), East Knoyle; from its property known as The Old Woodyard for a distance of approximately 100m in a northerly direction to enable Wessex Water Services to carry out repair stop tap. Alternative route via UC 873103 (unaffected length) – C306 – B3089 – A350 – C307 – C306 – C305 – UC 873103 (unaffected length) and vice versa. D) Grimstead Road (Part), Grimstead; from its junction with Windwhistle Lane to its junction with Church Street.

E) Chapel Hill (Part), Grimstead; from its junction with Butterfurlong Road to its junction with Greenfields to enable Southern Water Services to carry out manhole, carriageway repairs and associated works. Alternative route D via Grimstead Road (unaffected length) – Cockford Lane – Chapel Hill and vice versa. Alternative route E via Grimstead Road – Cockford Lane – Chapel Hill (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation as follows: D) 14 September 2026 between the hours of 08:30 and 18:00 until 16 September 2026. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:

F) A350 (Part), East Knoyle and Chicklade; from its junction with C305 for a distance of approximately 2000m in a northerly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out white lining and associated works. Alternative route via A350 (unaffected length) – A30 – A303 – A36 – B3089 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 27 August 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 20:00 and 05:00 for 1 night. This Order will come into operation on 26 August 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 for 1 day. J) Clifton Road (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with A360 for a distance of approximately 25m in an easterly direction to enable Southern Gas Networks to carry out gas main connection, storage and associated works. Alternative route I via A360 (unaffected length) – The Avenue – A36 and vice versa. Alternative route J via Clifton Road (unaffected length) – Coldharbour Lane – Meadow Road – York Road and vice versa. K) Fisherton Street (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Summerlock Approach to its junction with South Western Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out drainage improvement and associated works. Alternative route eastbound via Fisherton Street (unaffected length) – A36 – A338 – Exeter Street – St Johns Street – Catherine Street – New Canal – High Street – Bridge Street. Alternative route westbound via Fisherton Street (unaffected length) – Bridge Street – Silver Street – Minster Street – Blue Boar Row – Winchester Street – Brown Street – St Ann Street – Exeter Street – A338 – A36. This Order will come into operation on 26 August 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 29 August 2026. L) C293 (Part), Newton Tony; from its junction with UC 214003 to its junction with UC 214005.

M) C293 (Part), Newton Tony; from its junction with UC 214003 for a distance of approximately 230m in a westerly direction.

N) UC 214005 (Part), Newton Tony; from its junction with C293 to its property known as No.4B Newton Tony to enable Wessex Internet Limited to carry out new chamber builds, laying ducting and other associated works. Alternative route via C293 (unaffected length) – A338 – C293 (unaffected length) and vice versa. O) The Street (Part), Chilmark; from its junction with Becketts Lane to its junction with Frog Lane.

Alternative route O via The Street (unaffected length) – UC 973203 – UC 973204 – B3089 – C276 and vice versa. Alternative route P via Becketts Lane (unaffected length) – Frog Lane and vice versa. Q) Andrews Way (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Christopher Close for a distance of approximately 20m in a southerly direction to enable Wessex Water Services to carry out replacement of manhole cover, frame and associated works. Alternative route via Andrews Way (unaffected length) – Wilman Way and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 August 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:30 for 1 day. R) C10 (Part), Steeple Langford; from its property known as Guelder Cottage to its property known as Lake House.

S) Duck Street (Part), Steeple Langford; from its junction with C10 to its property known as Lottmead Farm to enable Wessex Water Services to carry out sewer and associated works. Alternative route S via C10 (unaffected length) – C283 – A36 – C64 and vice versa. Alternative route T via Duck Street (unaffected length) – C388 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 27 August 2026 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 for 1 day. T) C61 (Part), Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with West End to its junction with C299 to enable Wessex Internet to carry out build chambers and associated works. Alternative route via C61 (unaffected length) – C314 – A30 – C61 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 25 August 2026 and the closure will be required for 4 days. U) C287 (Part), Laverstock and Ford; from its junction with The Steadings to its junction with Greenlane Close to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out cycleway and associated works. Alternative route via C287 (unaffected length) – Ford Lane – A338 – A30 – A36 – A345 – C287 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 03 November 2025 will now recommence on 25 August 2026 and the closure will be required until 25 September 2026. Orders A) to T) will have a maximum duration of 18 months, Order U) has a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the following lengths of roads:

A) Salisbury Road (Part), Bulford; from a point approximately 100m north of its junction with right of way known as Footpath 5, Bulford for a distance of approximately 200m in a southerly direction.

B) A3028 (Part), Bulford; from a point approximately 300m east of its junction with Messines Road for a distance of approximately 200m in an easterly direction.

C) Amesbury Road (Part), Bulford; from a point approximately 100m north east of its junction with A3028 for a distance of approximately 400m in a north easterly direction to enable LPC Construction Limited to carry out ducting for two new 33KV cables via excavation and associated works. The speed restrictions will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This speed limit restrictions will come into operation as follows: A) will come into operation on 14 September 2026 and will be required until 18 September 2026. B) will come into operation on 21 September 2026 and will be required until 25 September 2026. C) will come into operation on 28 September 2026 and will be required until 02 October 2026. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
