NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(BARTLE LANE, PRESTON, PRESTON CITY) (SPEED HUMPS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980, Lancashire County Council propose to introduce speed humps in the following locations:
a) Bartle Lane, Preston, from a point 40 metres west of its junction with the centreline of Mossy Close for a distance of 3 metres in an easterly direction;
b) Bartle Lane, Preston, from a point 27 metres east of its junction with the centreline of Mossy Close for a distance of 3 metres in an easterly direction;
c) Bartle Lane, Preston, from a point 97 metres east of its junction with the centreline of Mossy Close for a distance of 3 metres in an easterly direction;
d) Bartle Lane, Preston, from a point 162 metres east of its junction with the centreline of Mossy Close for a distance of 3 metres in a north easterly direction.
A copy of the relevant notice and plan, indicating the proposal may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Preston City Council, PO Box 10, Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
