DALEHOUSE BACK LANE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING AND PEDESTRIANS ORDER 2026
Not less than 7 days herefrom the Council intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended in order to protect the public from danger (due to a landslide) on and near the length of footway and road specified in the Schedule below.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along the footway and road specified in the Schedule below and to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in the lengths of road specified in the aforementioned schedule.
The Order will come into operation on 1.9.26 and remain in operation for a maximum period of 18 months.
SCHEDULE
Dalehouse Back Lane Cowbar from its junction with Whitby Road (A174) for a distance of 85m in a southerly direction.
