Notice is hereby given that Oxfordshire County Council, in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has made a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order on 10/08/2026, as detailed below:
Nature of Restriction: Prohibiting HGV’s Location: Port Way and Kirtlington Road, Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire
Description of Works: Requirement to prohibit HGV access on Port Way and Kirtlington Road to facilitate S50 works being carried out by ECL Civil Engineering on behalf of David Wilson Homes.

Duration: Starting on 10/08/2026
The anticipated completion date is 31/12/2026
(Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders have a maximum duration of 18 months, or 6 months for footpaths, bridleways, cycle tracks and byways that are open to all traffic).
Access: Access will be maintained for all standard vehicles and emergency vehicles, only HGV’s are prohibited.
