TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATIONS

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 1/9/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 11/9/26. CONVOY WORKING AND SPEED LIMITS
Roads affected: ROAD PAST WAYE BARTON & RED POST CROSS TO SHADRACK CROSS [A381], LITTLEHEMPSTON
THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE ROUTE.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: DRAINAGE & PATCHING WORKS.

No person shall except upon the direction or with permission of a Police Officer in uniform or of a Civil Enforcement Officer cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load & unload at any time on any day on any of the lengths of road specified above.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: NEW GAS CONNECTION.

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 27/9/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 20/11/26. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: FORE STREET TO BRENT HILL, HOLBETON, JUNCTION OF THE SQUARE TO NEAR THE POST OFFICE The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - FORE STREET, FORE STREET TO WHITEMOOR CROSS, ROAD TO GIBB COTTAGES, BRENT HILL TO HIGHER BROWNSWELL, THE SQUARE, FORE STREET TO BRENT HILL & VICE VERSA. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park or wait on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected - FORE STREET TO BRENT HILL, HOLBETON, NEAR IVY COTTAGE TO NEAR BRENT HILL JUNCTION This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: WORKS FOR SEWER CONNECTION.
