TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & PARKING
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 2/9/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 28/9/26. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: JOHN NASH DRIVE, OAK HILL, DAWLISH
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - OAK HILL OAK HILL > FIRST AVENUE > CORONATION AVENUE > TEIGNMOUTH ROAD > NEW ROAD > EXETER ROAD > HIGHER EXETER ROAD > HOLCOMBE DOWN ROAD > OAK HILL (VICE VERSA) JOHN NASH DRIVE (ANTI-CLOCKWISE) JOHN NASH DRIVE > TEIGNMOUTH ROAD > CORONATION AVENUE > FIRST AVENUE > OAK DRIVE JOHN NASH DRIVE (CLOCKWISE) JOHN NASH DRIVE > TEIGNMOUTH ROAD > NEW ROAD > EXETER ROAD > HIGHER EXETER ROAD > HOLCOMBE DOWN ROAD > OAK HILL.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & PARKING
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 1/9/26 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 8/9/26. Between the hours of 07:00 & 18:00. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: ROAD FROM SANDSGATE CROSS TO STONE LANE, SANDY PARK/WHIDDON DOWN
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - A382, A38, A30, A382 & VICE VERSA.
This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: RESURFACING WORKS. ROAD OPEN OVER WEEKEND. WILL NOT CLASH WITH NEARBY BT WORKS PLANNED FOR SUNDAY 06/09/2026.
