SERVICE ROAD BRAMPTON BIERLOW ROTHERHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the two parts of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice for periods of time between Monday 31st August and Monday 12th October 2026.
Residents of properties affected by the Order will receive confirmation of an exact start date before works begin.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads (Gas main renewal).
SCHEDULE
(i) Moorbridge Crescent in phases (the alternative route will be via Pontefract Road, Wath Road and vice versa).
(ii) Pontefract Road service road which serves properties 276 and 278 Wath Road (there is no alternative route).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the five parts of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice for periods of time between Monday 24th August and Monday 19th October 2026.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative routes are via local neighbouring streets except for cul de sacs.
Residents of properties affected by the Order will receive confirmation of an exact start date before works begin from the contractor.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads (gas renewal works).
