HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel yi diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid Ilai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd a’r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd:

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2026

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along

Unnamed Lane, Maenllwyd, Rudry adjacent to The Retreat for a distance of approx. 65 metres in an easterly direction.

The proposed Order is expected to commence on 31 August 2026 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by 30 October 2026.

Access for pedestrians and emergency service vehicles will be maintained where possible.

Alternative routes are via signed diversion route.

The reason for making the Order is to allow for drainage works.

The order is required by Caerphilly County Borough Council.
