Notice is hereby given that WSCC made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along a length of Public Footpath No. 2437 from Harborough Hill (507947.552, 117566.623) south-westwards to Monkmead Lane (507757.357, 117160.223), a distance of 450m.

The Order is necessary to protect public safety due to surface erosion.

Unfortunately there are no alternative routes available using the Public Rights of Way network.

The Order will come into effect on 20 August 2026 and will last for 6 months.
