Reason: Carriageway Resurfacing by WCC.

Proposed Order: To close that part of U12160 Coventry St from its junction with U12160 Blackwell St to its junction with U12159 Waterloo St and to temporarily suspend Schedule 3 Item 1 of The Borough of Kidderminster (Various Roads) (Consolidation of One-Way Traffic, Waiting Restrictions, and Weight Restrictions) Order 1971 to allow two-way traffic on U12160 Coventry Street to enable access for residents and businesses for the duration of the Order.
Reason: New water connection by STW.

Reason: Zebra crossing installation and resurfacing work by WCC.
Alternative route: U11531 Stagborough Way (part), U11500 Lower Lickhill Rd, U11541 Ribbesford Dr, U11531 Stagborough Way (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days (24hrs) (over 2 weekends). Commencing: 22 August 2026.
EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

(Footpaths SV-530, Stourport-on-Severn & AD-522, Astley and Dunley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that the Order made by Worcestershire County Council on 12 February 2026 the effect of which is to close that part of Footpaths SV-530, Stourport-on-Severn & AD-522, Astley and Dunley from their Junction with A451 Stourport Rd at grid ref: 379323, 269919 to their Junction with B4194 Pearl Ln at grid ref: 379787, 269849 which was due to expire on 19 August 2026 has been continued in force with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Department Transport until the works to which it relates have been completed or until 19 February 2028 whichever is sooner. Any further extension will require the approval of the Secretary of State.
The Order has been made due to a housing development.
Alternative route: A451 Stourport Rd, B4194 Pearl Ln.
(Bridleway WC-545, Footpaths WC-558 & WC-560, Wolverley and Cookley) (Temporary Closure Order) 2026
Proposed Order: To close the entire lengths of the following: a) Bridleway WC-545 from its east junction with Bridleway WC-544 (Grid ref: 382704, 282158) to its junction with Footpath WC-556 (Grid ref: 382923, 282215). b) Footpath WC-558 from the county boundary (Grid ref: 382923, 282215) to its junction with Footpaths WC-553, WC-559 & WC-560 (Grid ref: 383092, 281577). c) Footpath WC-560 from the county boundary (Grid ref: 383374, 282207) to its junction with Footpaths WC-553, WC-559 & WC-558 (Grid ref: 383092, 281577).
The Order has been made to facilitate tree felling and extraction work.
Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Alternative routes will be permissive.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 15 September 2026.
(Wyre Forest District – Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2026 (Limited Waiting on Park Lane, Kidderminster) (Revocation).
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to revoke limited waiting 2 hours no return 1 hour 8am-6pm Mon-Sat on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster: -
Park Lane (East side): From a point 65m north of its junction with Castle Road, for a distance of 22m in a northerly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.
