HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel yl diwygiwyd), yn bwriadu, mewn nid Ilai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd a'r effaith o wahardd cerbydau rhag mynd ar hyd y ffyrdd y cyfeirir atyn nhw yn y tabl canlynol:

PANDY ROAD, PANDY LANE, TWYN SHON IFAN, PENTWYNGWYN ROAD, RUDRY ROAD AND GARTH PLACE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING ORDER 2026
NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) intends in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along the roads referred to in the following table:

| Pandy Road | 29th September 2026 — 3rd October 2026 |
| Garth Place | 13th October 2026 — 20th October 2026 |
The proposed Order is expected to commence on 27th August 2026 for a period not exceeding eighteen months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated the works will be complete by 20th October 2026.
Access for pedestrians and emergency service vehicles will be maintained. Alternative routes are via signed diversion routes.
The reason for making the Order is to allow telecommunication network works. The order is required by KLM Utilities Ltd.
