ORDER 2026
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead intends, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to:-
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along this part of Eton Square from access road at the rear of 45 High Street eastward to the eastern boundary of No 1 Eton Square.
There is no alternative route available.
The purpose of the proposed Order is to facilitate works in the highway, namely repair and service of sewer monitors and as a result there is the likelihood of danger to the public.
The proposed Order shall be in operation from 22:00 hours on Thursday 10 September until 05:00 hours on Friday 11 September 2026. There will be a prohibition of driving when signs as prescribed by the Traffic Sign Regulations and General Directions 2016 are in place to indicate the said restrictions..
