(SUNNYBANK PARADE, MIRFIELD)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Sunny Bank Parade, Mirfield from a point outside property no. 13 to point outside property no. 17 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Sunny Bank Parade, Sunny Bank Drive. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday,

7 September 2026 and remain in force until 11 September 2026 between 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(ASHWORTH ROAD, EIGHTLANDS,

DEWSBURY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF

TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length ofAshworth Road, Eightlands from its junction withAshworth Green to its junction with Willans Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Willans Road, Halifax Road, Dewsbury Ring Road, Branch Road, Wellington Road,Ashworth Road.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday, 10 September 2026 and remain in force until 9 October 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Dewsbury:Road Closure

Battye Street/Ings Road,Alfred Street, Rockley Street, Dewsbury from the junction of Ings Road/Leeds Road to its junction with Dewsbury Ring Road

Point Closures

The following lengths of road at their junction with

Battye Street/Ings Road/Alfred Street/Rockley Street, Dewsbury:-

Camroyd Street, Ernest Street, Eastborough Crescent, St Philips Close, Pepper Royd Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Leeds Road, Dewsbury Ring Road, Crackenedge Lane, Crackenedge Lane slip road, Battye

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday,

7 September 2026 and remain in force until 20 September 2026 between 08:00 hours to 18:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(SOUTH PARADE/WESTCLIFFE ROAD/SYKES

STREET/HIGHTOWN ROAD, CLECKHEATON)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Cleckheaton:Point Closures

The following lengths of road at their junction with Westgate, Cleckheaton:-

South Parade, Westcliffe Road, Sykes Street, Hightown Road

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the following routes:-

South Parade - viaA643 Westgate, Hill Street, Grange Road, Whitcliffe Road, South Parade;

Westcliffe Road - viaA643 Westgate, Hill Street, Heaton Avenue, Westcliffe Road;

Sykes Street - viaA643 Westgate, Tofts Road, Bath Road, Sykes Street;

Hightown Road - via unaffected length of Hightown Road, Halifax Road, Knowler Hill, Bradford Road, Park Side, Westgate.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Friday, 28

August 2026 and remain in force until 5 September 2026 Dated this 20August 2026.

South Parade/Westcliffe - Friday, 28August 2026 between 07:30 hours to 12:00 hours and 07:30 hours on 4 September 2026 to 18:00 hours on 5 September 2026 Sykes Road/Hightown Road - Friday, 28August 2026 between 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours and 07:30 hours on 2 September 2026 to 18:00 hours on 3 September 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(THE CRESCENT, RAVENSTHORPE,

DEWSBURY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of The Crescent, Ravensthorpe from its junction with Lee Road to a point outside property no. 69 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Lee Road, The Crescent, Crescent Avenue.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday,

24August 2026 and remain in force until 25August 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(LEE ROAD, RAVENSTHORPE, DEWSBURY)

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Lee Road, Ravensthorpe from a point outside property no. 45 to a point outside property no. 63 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closures will be available via the unaffected length of Lee Road, The Crescent, CrescentAvenue and vice versa.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 24August 2026 and remain in force until 18 September 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(BECKETT ROAD/NAYLOR STREET,

DEWSBURY) (TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Beckett Road/ Naylor Street, Dewsbury from its junction with Halifax Road to its junction with Upper Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Upper Road, Halifax Road. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 24August 2026 and remain in force until 28August 2026 between 08:00 hours to 18:00 hours only (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(OUZELWELLLANE, THORNHILL LEES,

DEWSBURY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Ouzelwell Lane, Thornhill Lees from its junction with Ouzelwell Crescent for approximately 110 metres PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

There is no alternative diversionary routes available.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday,

24August 2026 and remain in force until 28August 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(COBDEN CLOSE, BATLEY)

(TEMPORARYPROHIBITION OFTRAFFIC) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that short length of Cobden Close, Batley at a point alongside property no. 72 PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

There is no alternative diversionary route available. It is intended that the closure will commence at 19:00 hours on Tuesday, 25August 2026 and remain in force until 06:00 hours on 26August 2026 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
