Baughurst - Temporary Road Closures due to Openreach Utility
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE –
WOLVERTON TOWNSEND & BAUGHURST ROAD,
BAUGHURST, BASINGSTOKE & DEANE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED:
- Wolverton Townsend between its junction with Ham Lane and continuing to a point 775 metres Southwest on Wolverton Townsend.
- Baughurst Road between its junction with Wolverton Townsend and its junction with Snakey Lane.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Ramsdell Road, Little Knowl Hill, B3051, Brimpton Road.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Tuesday 1st September for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day working between the hours 09:30-15:30).
The Temporary Road Closures have been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Openreach to complete utility works. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact surveys@sunbeltrentals.co.uk.
