The Redbridge (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Amendment No. 8) Order 2026
The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, on 19 August 2026 made the above-mentioned Order, the effect of which will be to introduce: (1) The north-east side, remove the two bus stands and double yellow lines outside Gabrielle House and extend the paid limited waiting parking place in this location; (2) The south-west side, (a) outside Nos. 27 to 37 Perth Road – revoke the 4 parking places and replace with a new bus stand, introduce new double yellow lines and no loading at any time restrictions, (b) extend the paid limited waiting parking place by one space from the north-western boundary of No. 25 Perth Road, (c) introduce no loading at any time restrictions near No. 41 Perth Road.
A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 31 August 2026, together with the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, the map schedules and map schedule legend indicating the locations and the effects may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255 to 259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays). Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
