Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr wrthi’n ailsefydlu’r Fforwm Mynediad Lleol statudol ar gyfer ardal Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, fel sy’n ofynnol o dan Ddeddf Cefn Gwlad a Hawliau Tramwy 2000. Bydd y Fforwm yn cynnwys hyd at 22 o aelodau.

Swyddogaeth y Fforwm fydd cynghori’r awdurdod lleol, Cyfoeth Naturiol Cymru ac eraill ar wella mynediad y cyhoedd i dir ym Mwrdeistref Sirol Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr at ddibenion hamdden awyr agored a mwynhau’r ardal leol.

BRIDGEND LOCAL ACCESS FORUM

INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST IN BECOMING A MEMBER OF THE BRIDGEND LOCAL ACCESS FORUM.

Bridgend County Borough Council is currently in the process of re-establishing the statutory Local Access Forum for the Bridgend area, as required under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000. The Forum will consist of a maximum of 22 members.

The function of the Forum will be to advise the local authority, Natural Resources Wales and others, as to the improvement of public access to land in Bridgend County Borough for the purposes of open-air recreation and the enjoyment of the local area.

Meetings will be held on a minimum of 2 occasions throughout the year but are likely to occur on a more regular basis. It is important that members can attend all meetings, as deputies will not be permitted. These are voluntary unpaid positions, but forum members will be able to claim reasonable expenses.
