  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Redbridge (‘the Council’) on 18th August 2026 made the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
  2. The general effect of the Order is to continue in force indefinitely the provisions of The Redbridge (Prescribed Routes) (School Streets) (Experimental No. 2) Order 2025 so as to retain the measures to prohibit all motor vehicles except permit holders at certain times in Abbotswood Gardens, Lord Avenue, Stradbroke Grove, and Werneth Hall Road on a permanent basis.

  6. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
