What is happening?

The COUNCIL made the Stirling Council (On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) (Revocation No 5) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.

The ORDER will remove the disabled persons parking spaces at the location detailed in the Schedule hereto. Balure Crescent, Fallin - TM/6 - SRO/2026(228)

Anyone wishing to question the validity of this Order, should write to the Court of Session within six weeks of 14-8-26.

The COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (On-Street Parking Spaces for Disabled Persons) (Keir Street, Bridge of Allan) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

The Order will introduce disabled parking as follows:-
Keir Street, Bridge of Allan - TM/6 - SRO/2026(305)

Objectors must state their reasons in writing to the Head of Service, Environment and Place by e-mailing traffic@stirling.gov.uk quoting the relevant reference number by 9-9-26.

The COUNCIL propose to make The Stirling Council (New Line Road, Stirling) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). 

This Order proposes to:-
Introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on New Line Road, Stirling to prevent indiscriminate parking on the grounds of road safety.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Union Street, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.

This Order will suspend the parking on:-
Union Street On both sides of the road from the boundary of No’s 9-11 Union Street
in a south-westerly direction for a distance of 45 metres or thereby from
9-9-26 until 18-9-26 to facilitate public utility works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Park Avenue, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and
Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.
This Order will close and suspend the parking on :
Park Avenue From the main entrance to King’s Park in a south-westerly direction for its
entire length from 0800 hours until 1800 hours from 7-9-26 until 27-9-26
to facilitate roads maintenance works.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (High Street, Dunblane) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and
Suspension of Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.
This Order will close:-
High Street From its junction with Beech Road to its junction with The Cross.
This Order will also suspend the parking on:-
High Street On both sides of the road from the boundary of No’s 60-62 / 66-70 High
Street in a southerly direction for a distance of 20 metres or thereby from
0730 hours until 1200 hours on 6-9-26 to facilitate public utility works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes:- via Beech Road, Stirling Road, B8033, High Street

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Castle Wynd / Upper Castlehill, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition
of Traffic and Suspension of Parking) and (Ballenegeich Pass / Ballengeich Road, Stirling) (Temporary
Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.
This Order will close and suspend the parking on:
Castle Wynd For its entire length; and,
Upper Castlehill From the point where it meets Castle Wynd to its junction with
Lower Castlehill.
This Order will also prohibit traffic (except for access) on:
Ballengeich Pass For its entire length; and,
Ballengeich Road For its entire length from 27-8-26 until 31-10-26 to facilitate repairs to a
dangerous building.
Alternative Routes:- via Raploch Road, Back O’Hill Road, Lower Bridge Street, Upper Bridge
Street, St Mary’s Wynd, Broad Street and vice versa.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (St John Street, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of Parking)
Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.
This Order will suspend the parking on:-
St John Street On the north-east side of the road from the most north-westerly part of
the layby outside No’s 6-8 St John Street in a south-easterly direction for
a distance of 12 metres or thereby on 10-9-26 to facilitate a live broadcast
from the Tolbooth.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Airthrey Avenue, Bridge of Allan) (Temporary Prohibition of
Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.
This Order will close:-
Airthrey Avenue From its junction with Forglen Road to its junction with Mayne Avenue
from 0800 hours until 1700 hours from 24-8-26 until 20-9-26 to facilitate
roads maintenance works.
Emergency Service access will be maintained.
Alternative Routes:- via Forglen Road, Stanley Drive, Mayne Avenue and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Tam O’Shanter Drive, Cowie) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic)
Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.
This Order will close:-
Tam O’Shanter Drive For its entire length from 0800 hours until 1700 hours from 24-8-26 until
27-9-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works.
Emergency Service access will be maintained.
Alternative Routes:- via Burns Terrace, Alloway Drive, Armour Avenue and vice versa

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (A91, Stirling) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026
under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.
This Order will close:
A91 From its junction with Manor Powis Roundabout to its junction with
Logie Kirk Roundabout from 0930 hours until 1530 hours from 25-8-26
until 26-8-26 to facilitate roads maintenance works.
Emergency service access will be maintained
Alternative Routes:- Via A907, B9140, A908, A91 and vice versa.

The COUNCIL made The Stirling Council (Wellpark Crescent, Torbrex, Stirling) (Temporary Suspension of
Parking) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) on 14-8-26.
This Order will suspend the parking on:-
Wellpark Crescent On the south-west, south-east and north-west, inner circle, of Wellpark
Crescent for a distance of 210 metres or thereby from 7-9-26 until
18 October 2026 to facilitate roads maintenance works.
