The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Longwithy Lane, Edgmond (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2026 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst cabling works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 1/9/26 between the hours of 09:30 – 15:30. The following road is affected: Longwithy Lane, Edgmond from its jcn with Shrewsbury Rd for approx. 145m in a southerly direction. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 1/9/26.
Alternative routes will be signed on site.
