RESTRICTIONS, LOADING RESTRICTIONS & PARKING PLACES)
(MAP SCHEDULE) (CONSOLDIATION No.2) ORDER 2026 (AMENDMENT NO.13) ORDER 2026

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20 August 2026 the Sheffield City Council made the above Order which comes into operation on the 24 August 2026 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Order will be to introduce:
- Prohibition of Motor Vehicles on parts of Balfour Road, Colwall Street, Furnival Road, Leeds Road, Shortridge Street and Vicarage Road
- Prohibition of Vehicles on parts of Derek Dooley Way
- One Way Traffic on part of Furnival Road
- Prescribed ahead only movement on part of Derek Dooley Way
- Prescribed left hand turn on part of Derek Dooley Way
- No Loading at Any Time on parts of Baker Street, Baltic Road, Bodmin Street, Oakes Green, Shirland Lane, Shortridge Street, and Zion Lane
- No Loading Monday to Friday 08.00 to 09.30 and 16.00 to 18.30 on parts of Bernard Road
- No Waiting At Any Time on parts of Baker Street, Baltic Road, Bernard Road, Bodmin Street, Brinsworth Street, Chippingham Place, Chippingham Street, Colwall Street, Ferguson Street, Lawrence Street, Leeds Road, Oakes Green, Shirland Lane, Shortridge Street and Zion Lane
- No Waiting Monday to Saturday 08.00 to 18.30 on part of Colwall Street.
- 24 Hour Loading Bay on parts of Baker Street, Baltic Road, Brinsworth Street, Colwall Street, Shirland Lane, Shortridge Street, Oakes Green, and Zion Lane
- Free Parking Place Monday to Saturday 0800 to 18.30 max stay 2 hours no return for 2 hours on parts of Chippingham Place and Shortridge Street

And remove:
- No Waiting At Any Time on parts of Beverley Street, Chippingham Street,
Oakes Green and Shirland Lane
- No Waiting Monday to Saturday 0800 to 18.30 on part of Colwall Street
- Bus Gate with exemption for Taxi, Cycle and Authorised Vehicles on part of
Derek Dooley Way, Furnival Road
- With flow bus lane with exemption for Taxi, Cycle, Motor Cycle and Authorised Vehicles – At all times on parts of Attercliffe Road
- Prescribed left hand turn except for buses, cycles and taxis on part of Derek Dooley Way and Furnival Road
- Prohibition of Vehicles on part of Balfour Road, Leeds Road/Old Hall Road
and Vicarage Road

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of the 24 August 2026 to make application for that purpose to the High Court.
