What is happening?

Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.

road will reopen daily.
In the event of engineering difficulties and/or adverse weather

proposed to be executed on or near the public footpath and the
effect will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding in

the 2nd day of September 2026.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst repairs to the flood embankment are
undertaken.

Modification Order 2025 and is identical other than it does not
include provisions to modify the definitive map and statement.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to extinguish the public
footpath described in the Schedule, as shown on the order
map.

6 to the Act, within six weeks from 20th August 2026, make
