Any vehicle that is in contravention of the waiting restriction
imposed by this Order may be removed under the provisions
of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

by this Order may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being
issued and the subsequent removal of a vehicle.

Mosham Road, Auckley from its junction with Mosham Close
in a westerly direction to its junction with Hurst Lane.
Dates and Times
On or after 18:00hrs 5th September 2026 until 06:00hrs 18th
September 2026.
Closures to take place between 18:00hrs and 06:00hrs at the
weekends and 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs weekdays only. The
road will reopen daily.
In the event of engineering difficulties and/or adverse weather
conditions, the closure may extend beyond this date although
all closures to be completed by the 31st October 2026.

NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Doncaster Council
have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being or
proposed to be executed on or near the public footpath and the
effect will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding in
that length of Public Footpath Number 5 Sprotbrough in the
City of Doncaster District as described in the Schedule from
the 2nd day of September 2026.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst repairs to the flood embankment are
undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for pedestrians
affected by the Order is along the toe of the embankment.

include provisions to modify the definitive map and statement.
The effect of the order as confirmed is to extinguish the public
footpath described in the Schedule, as shown on the order
map.

of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule
6 to the Act, within six weeks from 20th August 2026, make
