SOMERSALL LANE, SOMERSALL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 06 August 2026 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Somersall Lane, Somersall has been extended.
The alternative route will be via Somersall Lane, A619 Chatsworth Road, A632 Walton Road, A632 Matlock Road, Acorn Ridge, Walton Back Lane, Somersall Lane and vice versa.
The road will be closed until 13 September 2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner to facilitate telecommunication diversionary works and tree / footbridge works.
