THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2026
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on:
Kinneil Mill Road, Bo'ness from 08:00 on 24/08/26 until 17:00 on 27/08/26. The prohibition is to allow for Utility works to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Kinneil Mill Road, Bo'ness from a point adjacent to A803 in a northerly direction for approximately 750 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: A803, A706, Kinneil Mill Road or vice versa.
Nethermains Road, Denny from 07:30 hours on 24/08/26 until 17:00 hours on 29/08/26. The prohibition is to allow carriageway surfacing work to be carried out safely.
1. This Order temporarily closes Nethermains Road, Denny from its junction with Glen Terrace to its junction with Blaefaulds Crescent
2. Main diversion route is: Nethermains Road, Stirling Street, Glasgow Road, Nethermains Road and vice versa.
Gateside Avenue, Bonnybridge from 08:00 until 17:00 on 27/08/26. The prohibition is to allow for Telecommunications works to be undertaken.
1. This order temporarily closes Gateside Avenue, Bonnybridge from a point adjacent to number 54 in an easterly direction for approximately 150 metres or thereby.
2. The alternative route is: Gateside Avenue, Thornton Avenue, Falkirk Road, Gateside Avenue or vice versa.
THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2026
The Council has made the Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit waiting in:
Main Street, Avonbridge from 09:30 until 18:00 on 24/08/26. The prohibition is to allow for Ironworks repairs to be undertaken.
1. This order prohibits waiting on Main Street, Avonbridge from a point adjacent to Slamannan Road in all directions on both sides for approximately 90 metres or thereby.
THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION) ORDER 2026
Wholeflats Road, Grangemouth from 08:00 on 20/08/26 until 18:00 on 14/10/26 The prohibition is to allow for Utility works to be undertaken.
1. This order restricts to 30mph any vehicle on Wholeflats Road, Grangemouth
