(Hillfoot Avenue & Speke Hall Road Area) (Temporary Prohibition of “U”-Turn Manoeuvre) Order, 2026

Notice is hereby given that the Council intends to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, to prohibit any vehicle from performing a “U”-Turn manoeuvre on: -

(i) Speke Hall Road, L25, in a southbound direction at its junction with Hillfoot Avenue and proceeding in a northbound direction;

(ii) Speke Hall Road, L25, in a northbound direction at its junction with Hillfoot Avenue and proceeding in a southbound direction;

(iii) Access Road (west of Speke Hall Road), L25, in an eastbound direction at its junction with Speke Hall Road and proceeding in a westbound direction; &

(iv) Hillfoot Avenue, L25, in a westbound direction at its junction with Hillfoot Avenue and proceeding in an eastbound direction.

This Order, which initially is to facilitate the existing highways junction improvement works, shall be operative from the 8 September 2026 up to and including the 17 February 2028 or for such lesser period of time as dictated by the earlier formal introduction of a Permanent Traffic Regulation Order.
