NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bromley on 13th August 2026 made the above-mentioned Order under Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers. The Order will come into operation on 24th August 2026.
The general effect of the Order would be to introduce new No loading “at any time” restrictions in Crofton Road as set out in the Schedule to this Notice.
Copies of the Order may be inspected during normal office hours Monday to Friday at Bromley Council, Churchill Court, 2 Westmoreland Road, Bromley BR1 1AS, or by emailing TrafficManagementOrders@Bromley.gov.uk until the expiration of a period of 6 weeks from the date of making the Order.
ANY person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that any requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

LOADING RESTRICTIONS
No Loading at Any Time:-
CROFTON ROAD, Orpington, north side, from the eastern kerbline of York Rise in an easterly direction for a distance of 57 metres.
