What is happening?

Renfrewshire Council

(DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING PLACES)

(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, RENFREWSHIRE) NUMBER TEN ORDER 202*

The Renfrewshire Council propose to consider the introduction of the above Order as required by the Disabled Persons’ parking places (Scotland) Act 2009 and by the use of Part IV of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers, after statutory consultation.

The general effect being that disabled persons’ parking bay/s will have a sign erected and become enforceable by the Councils Parking Attendants.

Any person wishing to make representations with regard to the proposals should send details of the grounds for objection or support in writing to the Director of Environment, Housing & Infrastructure, Renfrewshire Council, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley PA1 1BR, alternatively by email to ei@renfrewshire.gov.uk by Wednesday 16th September 2026.
