The Hammersmith and Fulham (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.**) Order 20**
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the abovementioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
2. The general effect of the Orders would be in the installation of Ebike Hire Bays at the following locations.
1. Ashchurch Park Villas - opposite 24 Ashchurch Park Villas, including 1 metre extension of southern end of double yellow lines at the northwest side of 14 Ashchurch Terrace.
2. Barclay Road - outside 613a Barclay Road
3. Black Lion Lane - on the west side junction with King Street
4. Britannia Road - on the west side junction with Fulham Road.
5. Clancarty Road - opposite 80 to 82 with a 1 metre double yellow line installed opposite 84
6. Daisy Lane - on the eastern side junction with Peterborough Road.
7. Darlan Road - on the northern side at the junction with Fulham Road.
8. Hurlingham Road - opposite 68 to 66
9. Maxwell Road - on the south side junction with Kings Road, including 1 metre double yellow line installed adjacent at the southeastern side of bay.
10. Merrington Road - on the northern side by the junction with Seagrave Road, adjacent to cycle hanger.
11. Michael Road - on the southern side by the junction with Sands End Lane, adjacent to cycle hire station
12. Ongar Road - on the west side junction with Lillie Road.
13. Ravenscourt Gardens - opposite 2F to 2E
14. Rigault Road - at the western side of 1 Jubilee Terrace.
15. Rylett Crescent - at the western side of 35 Binden Road by the junction, including 1 metre extension of southern end of double yellow lines at the junction with Binden Road.
16. Sawley Road - on the south side junction with Sedgeford Road with a 1.8 metre extension of southern side double yellow line at the junction with Sedgeford Road.
17. Sawley Road (2) - opposite 45 to 47
18. Sedlescombe Road - on the southern side at the junction with Ongar Road and conversion of single yellow line at the junction with Ongar Road to a double yellow line
19. Walham Grove - outside 60
20. Wendell Road - opposite 67
21. Wulfstan Street - on the south side by the junction with Du Cane Road.
22. To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.
3. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
4. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk before the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
