What is happening?

NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
(Beeches Avenue, Caistor Avenue, Campbell Avenue, Cherry Mount, Rowan Crescent, York Avenue, Bottesford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Orders 2026

Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make Orders in respect of the following Avenues/ Crescent/Mount in Bottesford, which are not already the subject of a Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order. The effect of the proposed and existing Orders will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Beeches Ave, Caistor Ave, Campbell Ave, Cherry Mount, Rowan Crescent and York Ave from 9.30am 7th Sept-3.30pm 21st Sept 2026 (but varied, if necessary, due to any unforeseen circumstances) for carriageway plane and inlay works by NLC, which will be carried out on a rolling programmed basis. The diversion route for the Beeches Ave closure is York Ave, Cherry Mount, Timberlands, for the Caistor Ave closure is Bottesford Lane, Timberlands, Cherry Mount, for the Campbell Ave and York Ave closures is Caistor Ave, and for the Cherry Mount closure is York Ave, Beeches Ave, Timberlands. There isn’t a diversion for the Rowan Crescent closure because this Crescent is a no through road. All diversion routes are in reverse.
