Bydd y Gorchymyn uchod wnaethpwyd ar 18fed Awst 2026 dan Adran 119 o’r Ddeddf Priffyrdd 1980 yn gwyro’r llwybr cyhoeddus sy’n rhedeg:
O bwynt A yn iard Ty’n y Maen (SH3196091102), mae’r llwybr yn mynd tua’r gorllewin at giât ym mhwynt B, lle mae’n gadael yr iard. Yna mae’n mynd yn gyffredinol tua’r de-orllewin i fyny’r llethr drwy lystyfiant prysglog, gan orffen ger giât ym mhwynt C (SH3188591019). Mae’r cyfanswm hyd tua 138m ac nid oes lled wedi’i gofnodi ar ei gyfer.

O bwynt A yn iard Ty’n y Maen (SH3196091102), mae’r llwybr yn mynd i gyfeiriad gorllewin-de-orllewin at bwynt D, lle bydd agoriad a grisiau yn cael eu creu yn y wal derfyn. Yna mae’n parhau tua’r de rhwng terfyn cae ac ardal ymarfer ceffylau at bwynt E. Wedyn mae’n troi i gyfeiriad de-orllewin ac yn mynd i fyny tir mwy serth ar dir prysgwydd.
Bydd grisiau yn cael eu gosod ar ran 20 metr o hyd rhwng pwyntiau F a G i hwyluso mynediad. Yna mae’n parhau i fyny’r llethr yn agos at derfyn y cae ac yn gorffen ger giât ym mhwynt C (SH3188591019). Mae’r cyfanswm hyd tua 150 metr a’i led fydd 2 fetr.
Mae’n bosib i’r cyhoedd archwilio copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Map yn Swyddfa’r Cyngor, Llangefni drwy apwyntiad neu yn llyfrgell Amlwch. Neu bydd copi o’r dogfennau uchod ar gael ar wefan y Cyngor www.ynysmon.gov.uk/gorchmynion-cyfreithiol. Fe ddanfonir copi caled o’r dogfennau uchod drwy’r post ar gais ac am ddim os cysylltwch â SiwanJones@ynysmon.llyw.cymru neu 01248 752591 (yn ystod oriau swyddfa arferol).
Dylid anfon unrhyw sylwadau ar y Gorchymyn neu wrthwynebiad iddo mewn ysgrifen at Reolwr Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn, Swyddfeydd y Sir, Llangefni cyn 18fed Medi 2026 gan ddatgan y rheswm dros eu cyflwyno. Bydd y rhain ar gael i’w harchwilio gan y cyhoedd.
Oni chyflwynir sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau yn y modd uchod neu os tynnir hwynt yn ôl gall Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn gadarnhau’r Gorchymyn eu hunain fel Gorchymyn diwrthwynebiad.
Os cyflwynir y Gorchymyn i Lywodraeth Cymru i’w gadarnhau yna amgaeir y sylwadau neu wrthwynebiadau gyda’r Gorchymyn oni thynnwyd hwy yn ôl.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
CYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN / ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL
(FOOTPATH NO. 28 IN THE COMMUNITY OF CYLCH Y GARN)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2026
The above Order, made on 18th August 2026, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the Public Footpath running: From point A in the yard of Ty’n y Maen (SH3196091102), the path proceeds west to a gate at point B, where it leaves the yard. It then proceeds generally SW upslope through scrub vegetation, ending near a gate at point C (SH3188591019). The total length is approximately 138M and it has no recorded width. to a line running:
From point A in the yard of Ty’n y Maen (SH3196091102), the path proceeds WSW to point D, where an opening and steps will be made in the boundary wall. It then continues south between a field boundary and a menage area to point E. It then turns SW and proceeds up steeper ground on scrubland. Steps will be placed on a 20M section between points F and G to facilitate access. It then continues upslope close to the field boundary and ends near a gate at point C (SH3188591019). The total length is approximately 150M and its width shall be 2M.
It is possible to inspect a copy of the Order and Order Map at the Council Offices, Llangefni by appointment or at Amlwch library. Alternatively, copies of the above documents are available on the Council’s website www.anglesey.gov.uk/legal-orders or hard copies of the above documents will be sent in the post free of charge on request if you contact SiwanJones@ynysmon.llyw.cymru or 01248 752591 (during normal office hours).
Any representation about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Legal Services Manager, Isle of Anglesey County Council, County Offices, Llangefni not later than the 18th September 2026. Please state the grounds on which they are made. These will be available for public inspection.
If no representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Isle of Anglesey County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order.
If the Order is sent to the Welsh Government for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
