TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF EASTBRIDGE ROAD, LEISTON
SIZEWELL C (Nuclear Generating Station) intends to make an order closing part of Eastbridge Road, Leiston from its junction with B1122 Abbey Road for approximately 100m to facilitate vegetation clearance. Other coordinated works may also take place during this period.
The diversion route will be B1122, Onners Lane, Bakers Hill, Cemetery Road, Leiston Road, Eastbridge Road and vice versa unless otherwise communicated.
It is intended that the closure will be in place nightly between 8pm and 5am from 8pm on Monday 7th September until 5am on Friday 11th September 2026.
Enquiries should be made to Sizewell C Information Office at 48-50 High Street, Leiston, IP16 4EW between 9.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
