In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990, Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following applications:
26/00307/COU and 26/00308/LBC
Proposed change of use of former bus depot building (Use Class Sui Generis) to provide indoor padel court facilities (Use Class E) with associated refurbishment of existing building and alterations to existing car parking area to Grade II Listed Building at Halton Borough Transport Ltd Moor Lane Widnes Cheshire WA8 7AF
APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
AFFECTING THE CHARACTER OR APPEARANCE OF A CONSERVATION AREA and LISTED BUILDING CONSENT
In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990, Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following applications:
26/00310/COU and 26/00311/LBC
Proposed change of use from residential school (Use Class C2) to residential home for 2 young people (Use Class C2) and internal alterations to Grade II Listed Building at Halton School 31 Main Street Runcorn Cheshire WA7 2AN
The applications can be viewed at https://webapp.halton.gov.uk/planningapps/. Alternatively, they can be viewed at Halton Direct Link at Rutland House, Halton Lea, Runcorn WA7 2ES, Halton Direct Link at 7 Brook Street, Widnes WA8 6NB or any of the Council libraries.
